Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency.
  3. Add lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap to prevent browning.
