A fresh and flavorful Greek salad with gyro meat, perfect for a light meal or side dish.
Ingredients

- 200g gyro meat, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g feta cheese, cubed
- 10 kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice the gyro meat and set aside.
- Dice the cucumber and tomatoes, then add to a bowl.
- Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.
- Cube the feta cheese and add it along with the olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Top with sliced gyro meat before serving.

- Use fresh vegetables for best results.
- Can be served with pita bread.
