- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend cottage cheese, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in oats and almond flour.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
