  • 1 small cucumber

Instructions

  1. Cut bread slices into smaller rectangles or triangles
  2. Spread butter evenly on each piece
  3. Layer ham and cheese slices
  4. Slice eggs and cucumber thinly
  5. Arrange egg and cucumber slices on top
  6. Mix mayonnaise and mustard, add small dollops
  7. Garnish with parsley
  8. Serve immediately
