Description
Chlebicky are small open-faced sandwiches popular in Czech cuisine. They make perfect appetizers or party snacks.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of rye bread
- 100g butter
- 100g ham
- 100g cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut bread slices into smaller rectangles or triangles
- Spread butter evenly on each piece
- Layer ham and cheese slices
- Slice eggs and cucumber thinly
- Arrange egg and cucumber slices on top
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard, add small dollops
- Garnish with parsley
- Serve immediately
