- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and chopped basil, stir gently.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Serve hot.
