A simple and nutritious tofu dish perfect for breakfast. It’s quick to prepare and packed with protein to start your day right.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle turmeric, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder over the tofu.
  6. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add soy sauce and cook for 1 more minute.
  8. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
  • Adjust spices to your taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
