Ingredients

- 200g firm tofu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle turmeric, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder over the tofu.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and cook for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
