Ingredients

- 200g bean tofu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the bean tofu into small cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the bean tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.

- Use firm bean tofu for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add chili flakes for extra spice.
