Ingredients

  • 200g bean tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the bean tofu into small cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the bean tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
