- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the basil leaves.
- Add basil, garlic, and pine nuts to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Slowly pour in olive oil while the processor is running.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
