- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the basil leaves.
- In a food processor, combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Slowly add olive oil while blending.
- Mix in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve with pasta or store in the fridge.
