Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the basil leaves.
  2. In a food processor, combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts.
  3. Pulse until finely chopped.
  4. Slowly add olive oil while blending.
  5. Mix in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Serve with pasta or store in the fridge.
