Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss tofu cubes in the mixture until coated.
- Place tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
