  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  3. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss tofu cubes in the mixture until coated.
  5. Place tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
