Description

A festive French-style Christmas appetizer spread perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 200g brie cheese
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 150g cured meats (prosciutto, salami)
  • 1 jar cornichons
  • 1 jar mixed olives
  • 100g pâté
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 jar fig jam

Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced baguette on a large platter.
  2. Cut brie into wedges and place on the platter.
  3. Fold smoked salmon slices and arrange them neatly.
  4. Place cured meats in small piles around the platter.
  5. Fill small bowls with cornichons, olives, and fig jam.
  6. Add clusters of grapes and scatter nuts around the platter.
  7. Serve at room temperature with sparkling wine.

  • Prepare ingredients 1 hour before serving.
  • Keep bread covered until ready to serve to prevent drying.
