- 500g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 200g carrots, sliced
- 150g green beans, trimmed
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Add the green beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute butter with olive oil for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder.
