Description

A perfect side dish for your Christmas meal, complementing the main course with rich flavors.


Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 200g carrots, sliced
  • 150g green beans, trimmed
  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the green beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
  4. Add butter, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute butter with olive oil for a lighter version.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder.
