Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.)
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead into dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface.
- Spread tomato sauce, add cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 12-15 minutes.
