Instructions
- Pat dry the fish fillets.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Dip fish in the egg mixture, then coat with flour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry fish until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
