Ingredients

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add warm water and vegetable oil, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough into thin strips and shape them like fish.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
