Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and vegetable oil, then knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Roll the dough into thin strips and shape them like fish.
  4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
