Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add chopped basil and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Garnish with extra basil if desired.
