Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring tofu infused with fresh basil.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Add chopped basil and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
