Description
Crispy tofu made easily in the air fryer. A simple, healthy vegetarian dish ready in minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix tofu with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place tofu in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray tofu lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Use cornstarch if you prefer a crunchier texture.
- Adjust spices to taste.
