Description

Crispy tofu made easily in the air fryer. A simple, healthy vegetarian dish ready in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix tofu with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place tofu in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray tofu lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Use cornstarch if you prefer a crunchier texture.
