Crispy and flavorful air fryer tofu that’s easy to make and perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss tofu with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Press tofu well for crispier results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
