Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss tofu cubes in the marinade until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, coat tofu in cornstarch before air frying.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
