Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat tofu cubes with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce or over rice.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes for crispier results.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
