Crispy and flavorful air-fried tofu that makes a perfect high-protein snack or meal addition.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Toss tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Lightly coat tofu cubes with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce or over rice.
