Ingredients

  • 80g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar.
  3. Add chilled butter and rub it into the flour mixture until crumbly.
  4. Add egg yolk and a pinch of salt, then knead into a smooth dough.
  5. Roll out the dough to 5mm thickness and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let cool before serving.
