Ingredients

- 200g puff pastry
- 100g cream cheese
- 50g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Spread cream cheese on each square.
- Top with smoked salmon and fresh dill.
- Fold the pastry and seal edges with egg wash.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- You can substitute smoked salmon with ham or veggies.
