Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Mix chipotle sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat tofu cubes with the marinade.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Cook tofu for 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Serve hot.

- Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
- Adjust chipotle sauce for desired spiciness.
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
