Description

A flavorful and spicy dish featuring tofu marinated in chipotle sauce.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes.
  3. Mix chipotle sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat tofu cubes with the marinade.
  5. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  7. Cook tofu for 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy.
  8. Serve hot.
