Description

Instructions

  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. Whisk sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  5. Sift flour and salt into the batter and mix gently.
  6. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool before serving.
