- 100g granulated sugar

Instructions

- Melt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Whisk sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Sift flour and salt into the batter and mix gently.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
