Description

A simple and fresh pasta dish with cherry tomatoes and basil, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well.
  5. Stir in chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
