Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples
  • 100g butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and slice apples.
  3. Melt butter and sugar in a pan, then add apples.
  4. Cook until caramelized.
  5. Roll out pastry and cover apples.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Flip onto a plate and serve warm.
