Description
A traditional French Christmas dessert shaped like a log, made with sponge cake and buttercream.
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 100g flour
- 200g butter
- 200g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Fold in flour gently.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool and roll the cake.
- Prepare buttercream with butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Unroll, spread cream, and roll again.
- Cover with chocolate buttercream.
- Decorate as a log.
Notes
- Use a clean towel to roll the cake.
- Chill before serving.
