Description
A fusion dessert combining the flavors of Buche de Noel and Tiramisu.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g ladyfinger biscuits
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Separate egg yolks and whites.
- Beat yolks with sugar until creamy.
- Mix in mascarpone and vanilla.
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
- Fold whites into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers and cream in dish.
- Chill for 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa before serving.
