Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, stir for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
- Add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots if desired.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
