Description

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes

  • Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
  • Add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots if desired.
