Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a small greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Slice the cake into small squares or use a cookie cutter for heart shapes.
- Decorate with whipped cream and red food coloring for a Valentine’s touch.
- Add heart-shaped sprinkles if desired.
