  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a small greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. Slice the cake into small squares or use a cookie cutter for heart shapes.
  8. Decorate with whipped cream and red food coloring for a Valentine’s touch.
  9. Add heart-shaped sprinkles if desired.
