Ingredients

- 250g pasta
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Blend basil, garlic, olive oil, parmesan, and pine nuts in a food processor.
- Drain pasta and mix with the basil sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh basil for best flavor.
- Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
- Add more parmesan if desired.
