Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in basil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
