Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in basil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve hot.
