Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine basil, parsley, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Pulse to combine.
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while the food processor is running until the sauce is smooth.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
