Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups pasta of your choice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Toss in cooked pasta and basil. Mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.
