A simple and flavorful dish featuring basil and kel.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup dried kelp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the kelp and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the kelp and chop it into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chopped kelp and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve warm.
