Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried kelp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the kelp and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the kelp and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add chopped kelp and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in fresh basil leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
