A festive Christmas birthday cake that combines traditional birthday flavors with holiday cheer.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder

- Red and green food coloring
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Christmas-themed decorations (sprinkles, edible glitter, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
- Divide the batter into two portions. Tint one portion red and the other green.
- Pour each colored batter into separate cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool completely. Stack the red and green layers with whipped cream in between.
- Frost the entire cake with whipped cream and decorate with Christmas-themed toppings.
