Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Beat until smooth.
- Divide batter into two portions. Add red food coloring to one and green to the other.
- Pour into greased cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cakes cool. Layer with whipped cream.
- Decorate with festive sprinkles.
