Description

A festive Christmas appetizer spread perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 200g brie cheese
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 100g cured meats (prosciutto, salami)
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced baguette on a large platter.
  2. Place brie cheese in the center and drizzle with honey.
  3. Add smoked salmon and cured meats around the cheese.
  4. Fill gaps with mixed olives and fig jam.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and grapes.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

  • Let brie sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
