Description

Delight your guests with these festive amuses bouches for Christmas. These bite-sized treats are perfect for holiday parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red caviar
  • 1 baguette, sliced into small rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush baguette rounds with olive oil and toast for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture on toasted baguette rounds.
  5. Top each with a cucumber slice and a small spoonful of red caviar.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute smoked salmon with prosciutto for a different flavor.
  • For a vegetarian version, skip the salmon and caviar and use roasted red pepper instead.
